PRE-PAID ORDERS:
Please make checks or money orders out to RUDE DUDE PRODUCTIONS. We also accept Visa or Mastercard or PayPal. If the item is out of stock you will not be charged. If the item is on presale, you will not be charged until the item is with the printer.

CREDIT:
We do not offer credit terms.

DISCOUNTS FOR BOOKS:
Retail Stores: receive a 60% discount.
Distributors: receive a 60% discount
Libraries: receive a 10% discount.
On such items as t-shirts, mugs, prints and pins, the discount varies. For further information email us at retailers@rudedudeproductions.com.

EXCLUSIVE RETAIL OFFERS:
Prepaid retail orders will receive exclusive discounts such as extra free copies and signed/numbered LE copies. You will also be added to our “Rude Dude Friendly” retailer list online and receive promo items.

SHIPPING:
On pre-paid orders under $50.00, please include $5.00 for shipping. Pre-paid orders over $50.00, we pay the shipping costs. You pay shipping on orders sent C.O.D. (which includes shipping plus an additional C.O.D. charge). Net-30 customers will pay all shipping charges. International orders over $50 will receive a 50% shipping discount.

RETURNS:
Books, comics and merchandise items are 100% returnable. If we send the wrong item(s), notify us immediately and we will credit you for the item(s) or replace it with the correct one.

If your order is damaged during shipping, notify us immediately and we will send replacements.

We offer credit for special circumstances such as a store appearance. Please email us at retailers@rudedudeproductions for more information.
